New week and new Monday Meme by the ever so lovely Strawberry Singh. This time she urges us to dress up as a movie character. My first thought was Katniss Everdeen from the Hunger Games but it just felt too easy. I wanted a proper challenge. So I opted for Effie Trinket from the same movie.
