Ideas for Boat Houses are bombarding me and I’ve completed another one.

This house is 76 land impact with an 18×30 base area and eventhough I’ve linked all the parts together, it still comes in a rezzer. A demo of the build is available for viewing at the store and I’ve also put it up on the marketplace.
