Ready for that Business Trip!
For today’s blog I found a great re-creation of the Miami International Airport inworld and used that as the backdrop for my photo while I was waiting for my plane to arrive and wisk me off to my power fashion meeting. My outfit makes use of red, a power color in business, and some feminine details to show that even though I mean business, I still know how to be a woman. The dress is a combination of two outfits from LivGlam. The main dress and sweater are from the Jacquard dress in Rouge and the black undershirt is from the Karan Outfit. I love the form-fitting, pencil skirt that is just the right length for business. The white sweater is lowcut, but by adding the cami style shirt underneath you bring it into the sexy yet appropriate category for a business meeting. My shoes are from BSD Design – the Enlightenment shoes in Red Crocodile and black. They feature gold buckles, zippers and chains that coordinate with the jewelry I’ve chosen as well. American Bazaar for The Boobies Show
I have not been able to find out how often and how long The Boobies Show occurs, please let me know if you know, eep.
I need to know because this cute pin up outfit by American Bazaar is there. I had to take my Lolas out for it. I bought this hair when The Alice Project had their 50% sale and I’ve hardly broken it in. It’s so incredibly beautiful.

We all have those days we wish never happened. Sometimes it feels like weeks or months could go by and we wish we had a great big eraser, to make the past go away, or at least take away those memories we think we want to forget.
I choose to follow the optimist’s point of view and way of life. I look for the gilded golden edges and brilliant silver linings. I believe without fail that something exists in everyone’s life that makes them special in some way or another.
It begins with a strong passion for good things and the willpower to seek out all good things in even the most difficult moments. When that happens, it seems that though difficult moments still occur, I don’t want to forget them because there is balance in my perception of the universe.
An ancient Chinese symbol exhibits this, the Yin and Yang. In all that is light and good in the world, drops of dark and evil exist and reciprocally, in all that is dark and evil in the world, drops of light exist. Even if those drops are the tiniest possible, I still need them.

Two quick photos showing a few things I picked up at the Love Donna Flora event, which opened on 25 July and will run to 11 August. I'm pleased to report the event was so busy the first few days after opening, I couldn't even get in to the sim!
As you've probably heard, the event is being held to raise funds for much-loved designer Squinternet Larnia, who is gravely ill.

It can be found on the new release wall along with a TON of other amazing releases just inside the entrance to Sn@tch! The hair is one of three new Truth hairs this week. This one is without question my favorite. Those of you who are a fan of roots will be tickled pink to see their return!!!!
